It’s beautiful outside as I write this greeting! Might be a great day for a
walk in the woods. Today is the last day for pictures to be taken for our
pictorial directory scheduled for publishing later this year. There are
spaces in the schedule from now until 4:30 pm, so feel free to stop by for
a picture even if you weren’t able to schedule an appointment.
At our 10:30 am worship service tomorrow, we will celebrate the ministry we
have shared for the past three years with Asylum-Seekers in the L/A area.
Arlene Tully, our District Superintendent, will be present, and we will
hear stories from the journey. Our handbell choir will offer the prelude. I
hope you can join us!
UMCA’s monthly men’s fellowship breakfast will meet this coming Saturday,
October 4th, at 7:30 am (UMCA).
