The United Methodist Church of Auburn has a diverse and dynamic intergenerational music program which includes the following groups as well as an extremely talented variety of individual vocal and instrumental musicians. Please consider joining us!
The Wesleyan Singers is an adult choir seeking a new choir director and accompanied by pianist-organist Norma Rice-Gould. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings 6:00-7:30 pm, and Sunday morning at 9:00 am. They sing at most Sunday morning services from September through June and also participate in the Christmas Concert. All are welcome!
The Auburn Methodist Ringers are conducted by William Buzza and rehearsals are Monday evenings 6:00 - 7:30 pm. The bell choir usually plays once a month during Sunday morning services as well as at the Christmas concert, a spring concert and at occasional special events.
George Matthews and his Park Ave Pickers perform in worship on the second Sunday of the month and meet the second Tuesday of each month at 6PM.
The Children’s Choir, conducted by Claire Cote is open to children starting at age three who enjoy singing. They rehearse from 11:00 - 11:15 am on Sunday mornings and sing in church several times a year. They are an energetic and talented group and definitely “steal the show”!
